James M Lowe

James M. Lowe was the founding partner of Lowe Carlo & Maupin. He was a 1967 graduate of the College of William & Mary and a 1970 graduate of William & Mary's law school. Mr. Lowe began career in the office of the City Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia before opening his own practice doing criminal and civil litigation in both federal and state courts throughout Virginia for over 30 years, including several high-profile criminal matters.
